Sara Gross is a professional Ironman/Triathlete and coach who has entered races around the world. Ironman is comprised of a 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42.2km run. Sara has raced in 15 IM's worldwide and has been in the top five 12 times. A former European Champion, Sara placed 20th at the Ironman World Championships in 2008. She also placed 2nd at Ironman Canada 2007 and Ironman Western Australia 2006.
For the past few months Sara has been working with Bob to implement the SportExcel high performance training system in her sport. Geography is not a barrier for working together since they work via Skype (Sara lives in British Columbia, Canada and Bob in Ontario, Canada).
